Financial Information for Our Fiscal Years

Bethlehem currently has two main avenues for disseminating financial information to the congregation: an annual budgeting process that culminates in the congregation's approval of an annual budget to guide expenditures, and regular financial updates provided at each Quarterly Strategy Meeting and Annual Meeting. We also elect both a Financial Secretary and Treasurer each year at the Annual Meeting to oversee both the income and expense side of financial matters.

Our Staff
Our Financial Secretary (Paul Johnson) oversees all giving ("income") to Bethlehem, and accounts for these contributions according to the purposes for which they were designated. A team of Assistant Financial Secretaries helps him count contributions each week.

Our Treasurer (Scott Rebney) oversees all spending of these funds ("expenses") in a timely manner, according to guidelines approved in the Annual Budget. Bethlehem's Accounting Department, led by Thayne Rossiter (Financial Administrator) with Kelly Clausen (bookkeeper), assists Scott in his duties.

If you have additional questions on these reports, please feel free to contact Paul (612.455.3471), Scott (612.338.7653), or Thayne (612.455.3479) by phone or email. General questions may also be addressed to Jon Grano (612.455.346), Lead Pastor for Operations, or to any of the Financial and Property Administrators.
